Nikki K. Lopez, MBA, CDP, CADDCT brings together organizational leadership, dementia expertise, program development, and firsthand experience building solutions to gaps in care and caregiving.
She built Caring Haven LLC from the ground up, taking a senior care startup from launch to an award-winning Bay Area agency. As Founder and CEO, she has led operations, workforce development, caregiver training, client care, partnerships, compliance, growth, and direct work with families navigating dementia and changing care needs.
Nikki later founded Caregiver OneCall, where she serves as Board Chair, in response to another unmet need: caregivers who need support should not have to wait for business hours to find it.
Her professional background also includes organizational training, program management, and leadership development with the Federal Reserve Bank, Blue Shield of California, First Republic Bank, and JPMorgan Chase.
Today, Nikki brings that experience to other organizations, helping them identify gaps, strengthen what’s already working, and develop practical training, programs, and strategies that better reflect the realities of caregiving and care.
